What Does This Chest X-ray Indicate?

Question: I had chest X ray preceding year. In the findings it has been mention small nodular opacity in mid lobe patchy consolidation. Is it a matter to be concerned about.what should be my way forward. I am regular smoker smoking since 17 years. But no symptoms of cough or short of breathing
