Brief Answer:
I want to see x ray film of 1st x ray dated 11-11-2016.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
It is not having x ray film of your 1st x ray dated 11-11-2016. I want to see this so that I can tell you better.
X ray report of 11-11-2016 is saying that you are having bilateral lower zone reticular opacities.
Reticular opacities are commonly seen with infection. Since you are having TB lymphadenitis, these reticular opacities are mostly due to TB.
With anti tubercular drugs, your lymphnode is regressed and so as your x ray opacities.
Your subsequent x rays dated 1-2-2017 and 29-4-2017 are improving.
Reticular opacities are reduced in 1-2-2017 x ray. 29-4-2017 x ray is almost normal.
So no need to worry. You can stop anti tubercular drugs if you wish. But if you want to continue anti tubercular drugs then you can.
Please send me x ray film of 1st x ray.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
X ray dated 11-11-2016 is showing reticular pattern in both lower zones.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I have seen the x ray dated 11-11-2016.
It is clearly showing reticular opacities in both lower zones.
And your 29-04-2017 x ray is almost normal. So reticular opacities are almost gone with anti tubercular drugs.
So don't worry.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Your x rays are improving.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
Your first x ray was showing bilateral lower zone reticular opacities.
These opacities were decreased in the February x ray due to anti tubercular drugs you were taking.
Your recent (29-4-2017) chest x ray is normal. No such reticular opacities are seen in april x ray.
So with anti tubercular drugs, your chest x ray is improved and becomes normal.
This clearly indicates that your treatment is working.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need for further CT scan.

Detailed Answer:

The thing you are asking is right hilar prominence.

sir TB is a air born disease ok ..so if at all when we go to saloon and or any where when barber used to clean the face with cloth is there any chance of TB bacteria transmission through clothes
doctor
Answered by Dr. Drkaushal85 (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Theoretically there is a chance.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Theoretically this can spread the disease.
TB spread by droplet infection. When Pulmonary TB patient coughs, thousands of droplets containing TB bacilli discharge in environment. In environment, they last for 10-20 minutes.
If during these minutes, someone inhale these droplets then he or she might get TB (not always).
So if in barber shop, any Pulmonary TB patient coughs in towel and same towel is used for other customers then there is chance of spread of infection. But practically this dont happen frequently.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
