This is my mother's ECG report reading. She is 56 years old. Please help me to understand the report.
HR 81 BPM

PR INT 140 ms               
QRS DUR 106 ms               
QTC INT 371/432 ms          
P/QRS/T axis 47/14/50 ms
RV5/SVI amp 1.972/1.256 mv
RV5+SV1 amp 3.228 mv
RV6/SV2 amp 1.907/0.922 mv
