Brief Answer:
Normal ECG...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,

I have gone through your medical data and can admit your EKG report is normal.

Small QRS complexes means they are <120 msec, which is perfectly normal.

No XXXXXXX wave means that there is no pre-excitation syndrome i.e no Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome. In other words, it is perfectly normal, no pathologies noted.

You can send the full ECG report (including the complexes), so I can analyze it further!

All the best!
