Question: Hi doctor had my hsa test yesterday. .report shows. ..volume 2ml....colour whitish. ..reaction alkaline. ...viscosity thin....liquification time 20 minutes. ...total sperm count 98 million/ml active 70% sluggish 10% non motile 20%.....MORPHOLOGY...normal 80% abnormal 20%...Pus Cells 4-6/hpf....please tell me is it normal

1. Wear Boxer type of underwear
2. Avoid keeping hot objects like laptops on your lap
3. Cold showers increase sperm count
4. Avoid smoking
