What Does The Following Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: Dear Dr, My wife is 12 week preganent we have done few investigation recently including ultrasound . Report attached for your review.

Hello,
Thanks for the query HCM,
I have gone through the reports attached and the reports are completely normal for a 12 weeks gestation.
The fetus is adequately growing and growth is corresponding to the period of gestation.
The next step shall be to get a quadruple screen done by 13-15 weeks to rule out any chances of aneuploidies due to increased maternal age.

Hello,
Aneuploidies are chromosomal disorders like trisomy 21, 13, 18 where instead of 2 , three chromosomes are present. The most common being DOWN'S SYNDROME. So the possibility would need to be ruled out with a quadruple screening.
