I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Anterior cerebral artery is one of arteries that supplies the anterior part of brain.

Signal void means there may be a vascular malformation such aneurysm in the distal segment (A3) of this artery that has not resulted in hemorrhage.

Low position of cerebellar tonsils means a development abnormally of brain where a part of small brain ( cerebellum ) is displaced into the great aperture of the skull, where normally only upper part of spinal cord passes.

It is known also as Chiari malformation.

Clinical correlation and measurements together with neurological consultations are necessary.
