Question: Hi This is XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX (Age : 29 Male). Today morning I have taken 2D Echo Colour Doppler report and the readings are given below. Can any one help me and tell what the exact Status of report
Mitral Values : Normal
Tricuspid value : Normal.
Aortic value : Normal.
Pulmonary value : Normal.
Right ventricle : Normal.
Right Atrium : Normal.
Left Atrium : 3.1 cm.
Aorta : 2.8 cm.
Left ventricle : Normal.
EDD : 3.9 cm; EF :71%; ESD: 2.3 cm; FS : 40%; LVPW : 1.1 cm; IVS : 1.1 cm;
RWMA : nil
IAS : Intact
IVS : Intact
Pulmonary artery : Normal.
Pericardium : Normal.
SVC, IVC : Normal.
Pulmonary veins : Normal.
Intracardiac masses : nill
Doppler : PJV : 0.9 m/s; AJV: 1.0 m/s; E < A;
Color flow imaging : No MR / AR / TR
Conclusion :
NO LV RWMA; Normal values and chambers; Good LV / RV Systolic function; Grade I diastolic Dysfunction; No LV clot / effusion.

Your ECHO report suggest normal findings.
All heart chambers and heart valves are normal.

Grade I diastolic fraction is a benign finding and it is found in many persons.
Ejection fraction is also normal.Normally it should be at least 60 %.

There is no regurgitation across the valves.
There is no mass and blood flow velocities are also normal.
