Brief Answer:
Needs further work up

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is true that RBC in urine is not of significance to a urologist as on the USG there is nothing structurally wrong. However presence of RBC in urine could be associated with various diseases like vasculitis, glmorulonephritis, IgA nephropathy, etc. Here is how you should go about it

1. Get your C3 and C4 lrvels checked first
2. I would also like you to get XXXXXXX and ANA levels checked

The above two tests will rule out various causes that might be causing this. Please get it done and get back to me for further review

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
