What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Dear sir,
Me and my wife have been trying for a baby from last 15 months but are unsuccessful. we visited a fertility clinic here and met the doctor. we found her very unprofessional as she did not answer any of our queries. she told us to get some tests done and we got them done but she did not give any response for that. please see my sperm test which she ordered. i got two test done the reports are attached. please could you inform if the result shown are normal. there are one more test she asked us to do which i will get the report in 4 days time which i will ask in a follow up question. please inform from the attached report what is your opinion on it. she also asked my wife to have her test done after my second report comes. please inform whether natural method of pregnancy is possible. your prompt reply would be highly obliged.

iam really happy for a professional answer you gave. sir the doctor also ordered a sperm culture test which should presence of enterococcus faecalis. she has asked me to take antibiotics for 10 days time which iam currently taking. and she says after 10 days the infection will clear up.
but she insists that even after the antibiotic regime i need to go for ivf as my spermiogram shows normal pregnancy not possible. when i asked that all paramters are under normal range she said that no motility is not normal but i said it is above the 40% but she still said you have to go for ivf.
frankly speaking sir i dont have the money for ivf as i'am middle class person.
after your professional answer my doubt on the doctor as strengthened.
i just need to ask that after the antibiotic course she as asked to go again for sperm test should i go for it or do you find that no more tests are needed.
