Brief Answer:
ICSI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your sperm count is very low. It is difficult to conceive with this count.

2) ICSI ( A variety of test tube baby ) needs to be done for conception.

3) There are some pus cells which are treated by using antibiotics.

4) Dont waste more time as you need test tube baby treatment soon.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
