Brief Answer:
GB may be contracted due to eating.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Gall bladder(GB) is most commonly contracted after eating. It may also collapse in chronic cholecystitis but in this condition gall bladder wall is usually thickened.

Gall bladder is ideally observed after overnight fasting and in empty stomach. You may require repeat USG.

Probably you mean CBD by typing CMD(CMD is related to kidneys). Please confirm it in follow up. CBD means common bile duct and normally it is not dilated. It may be dilated in CBD calculus or distal obstruction.

If possible kindly upload your scan report.

It is important to know your symptoms and reason for investigation.
