Question: Can you explain in english what this means I am waiting for a up date from VA and it has yet to come
The thoracic aorta appears to be stable in size and appearance.
Coronary artery calcifications are redemonstrated. The heart
appears to be stable in size.
Multiple small mediastinal lymph nodes are again demonstrated.
There is a 1 cm sized right suprahilar lymph node which is
slightly more conspicuous.
No new pericardial disease or pleural effusion is appreciated.
Limited images through the upper abdomen appear relatively
stable. A 10 mm hypodensity high in the left hepatic lobe is
stable
A small focus of scarring appears stable in the right upper lung
laterally on image 36 of series 4. There are again a couple of
small noncalcified nodules seen in the right lung, the largest
measuring nearly 5 mm in the right lower lobe near the major

fissure on image 152 of series 4. Additional right lung nodules
are seen on images 66, 121, and 129 of series 4.
Within the left lung, there are also several nodules seen, the
largest in the left lung base posteriorly and medially measuring
7 mm on image 172 of series 4. A couple of small nodules in the
left upper lung may be new. Additional nodules are seen on images
23, 54, 62, 117, 148 of series 4. No new pulmonary mass or
consolidation is seen.
The airway is grossly patent.

You may need clinical correlation and follow up.It is important to see further increase in size or size regression.

There are also multiple small lymph nodes in lungs. It may be due to past or recent infection.
