Question: Hi Doctor, I check stool sample of my daughter today morning and found result of REDUCING SUBSTANCE as + YELLOW..Please advise why it happen..She is 6 month old

This is a normal report - any breast fed or formula fed baby will have it

Detailed Answer:
Hi....it is normal report. Don't worry. This is quite common in any breast fed or formula fed baby of this age.

If the baby is active and feeding well, you need not worry at all.

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
