Question: I have an MRI test on my brain; report with findings as follows, and would appreciate some definitions for understanding: "Findings consistent with basilar invagination with superior extension of the dens, superior and posterior to the tip of the clivus and significant mass effect on the medulla and upper cervical spinal cord"Would you recommend a neurologist, neurosurgeon, orthopaedic physician, or orthopaedic surgeon ??
