Question: Hi, my 23 year old sister's plain CT scan of brain report shows
Impression-
"Mild prominence of ventricular system.
Archnoid cyst involving anterior temporal region on left side.
No other significant intracranial pathology detected. "

Okay. She is having learning disabilities. She is having bad head ache and vomiting recently and we didnt take it so serious. But we happened to meet her doctor who looked her aftr when she was a kid and he did the scan and he ask us to consult a neurologist asap.
