Brief Answer:
Need to monitor your blood pressure for a week or two

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

During this period of year blood pressure variations are quite common among people with arterial hypertension, there is a tendency for high blood pressure.
Don't worry. Just monitor your blood pressure for a week or two, if it is 140 or more then there will be a need to take a extra dose of medication. Even in this case you have good chances again lower te dose in some time if you continue to lose weight and exercise.

Wishing you good health
