Question: i have a very small pimple on penis it appear some time and disappear after some time..even I am not sexually active and also tested std's month ago..nothing is there...please suggest me what to do.

Acneform lesion, apply topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be acneform lesion.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like nadifloxacin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve it.
