What Does A Big Bump On The Face Next To The Ear Lobe Indicate?

Question: About an hour ago a bump popped out on my face next to my ear lobe about the size of a walnut and hard. Is this something bad?

It could be either folliculitis or enlarged lymph node.
I don’t think it is anything serious as it has come up in such a short duration.
