What Do Thigh Bruises From Shingles Indicate?

Question: I had shingles 2 weeks ago. ( I am 47 year old female ) I know have an unusual 5 bruises on top of my thigh. I have been fatigued.

These seem to be unrelated to shingles.
Is there any history of unnoticed trauma to the thigh or history of any aggressive work up or gyming?
Are you any blood thinners?
