Brief Answer:
Repeat semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Good news is that your DFI and sperm count are normal.

Your motility and morphology are lower which are difficult to believe and may not be accurate especially with good DFI and sperm count.

Before presuming this report as final, I suggest you repeat your semen analysis in another standard laboratory and then take a final decision for treatment if this value is correct.

Let me know repeat semen analysis report tso that I can help you further.

Regards
