Brief Answer:
As discussed

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for posting the Arogyam 1.7.

History here shows that he is 32, has not visited any Doctor, nor is taking any medicines.
We all still do not know the relevance of some of the reports they do for.
Anyway, let us discuss, first note down the out of range values:
- APOLIPOPROTEIN - A1 (APO-A1) 104 mg/dl Reference Range:Male : 110 - 205
> This is the main protein component if HDL Cholesterol metabolism and both are on a level lower than the normal range. It reflects the amount of HDL which is 31 mg/dl 35-80 in this case.

-% TRANSFERRIN SATURATION CALCULATED 55.35% Reference Range:13 - 45
> This is calculated value, ratio of serum iron and total iron-binding capacity.
This tells how much serum iron are actually bound. The value here is a bit higher than normal. Other tests related to iron are normal.

- FOLIC ACID C.L.I.A 3.8 ng/ml Reference Range :> 5.38 ng/ml
> Needs to be added under prescription of his Doctor

- HDL CHOLESTEROL - 31 mg/dl 35-80
TRIGLYCERIDES PHOTOMETRY 233 mg/dl 25 - 200
TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO CALCULATED 5.3 Ratio 3.0 - 5.0
VLDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 46.6 mg/dl 5 - 40
> This is lipid profile Good HDL is lower as is Apolipoprotein A1 as we discussed above. Rest of the values are above normal and not good.
This needs diet adjustments, exercises and stoppage of alcohol if he is taking

- BILIRUBIN - TOTAL PHOTOMETRY 1.59 mg/dl 0.30 - 1.20
BILIRUBIN -DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 0.55 mg/dl 0 - 0.30
BILIRUBIN (INDIRECT) CALCULATED 1.04 mg/dl 0 - 0.9
ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT )PHOTOMETRY 39 U/l M: 0 to 37
ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) PHOTOMETRY 75 U/l M: 13 to 40 - F: 10 to 28
>> This is indicative of mild hepatitis.
Needs clinical evaluation, examination and proper advise of a Physician or better a Gastroenterologist or Hepatologist. All available in XXXXXXX

-25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) C.L.I.A < 4.2 ng/ml
> Needs prescription based long term supplements. There is no early morning sun for exposure which naturally increase Vit D

- AVERAGE BLOOD GLUCOSE (ABG) CALCULATED 88 mg/dl
Reference Range :90 - 120 mg/dl : Excellent Control
> Below normal but surely not diabetic, not to worry much.

- PLATELET DISTRIBUTION WIDTH(PDW) 15.3 fL 9.6-15.2
This is a calculated value and hence not much of clinical importance as the other reports are within normal limits.

Overall reports indicate a good clinical evaluation, examination, further tests if needed as per the treating Doctor.
Also needed are increase in exercises, diet adjustments, change of lifestyle, Medicines and supplements under the prescription of the treating Doctor.

I hope this answer help you and your brother.
All the best and have a great day
