Brief Answer:
please upload the complete blood count

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

in order to help me understand your situation better, please upload the complete blood count and tell me the reason you had this test. Did you have any symptoms?

RDW is the red blood cell distribution width and MPV is the mean platelet volume. RDW represents the variation in red blood cells size. MPV is self-explicable. RDW is usually helpful to differentiate between iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia. MPV is not a very useful marker. Low values may mean a low platelet production but this marker can be influenced by many factors and may mislead the doctor.

Please keep in mind that no single test (not to mention a part of a test) is enough to diagnose any condition. The clinical history and the rest of the tests are usually required.

Kind Regards!
