Brief Answer:
Normal structure

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the reports, prescription and discharge summary.
Axillary tail of the breast is the normal structure in all females, and it is the extension of the breast tissue in the axillary region. This tail of breast normally is very small and involutes with age.
However, in some females, the tail becomes prominent causing pain and lump.
This is completely benign situation, with no chance of cancer, and you should not worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
