Brief Answer:
The anomaly scan is normal but suggested scan for heart after 3 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The impression means the following

There is a single live foetus (baby) inside the uterus of age approximately 19 weeks and 2 days.

The baby is in variable presentation means that the baby is moving inside the uterus during the scan. This is normal at 19 weeks 2 days.

The heart of the baby looks normal but since the heart is still developing, it is better to get a fetal echocardiography done after 3 weeks and this will include detailed assessment of the heart. This is just to confirm that the heart is normal.

The triple marker test is a test of maternal blood which is done to measure levels of substances like AFP, hCG, and Estriol. The levels tell us about any risk of genetic defects which are not always visualised on an ultrasound scan.
