What Do Shoulder And Elbow Pain Indicate Despite Undergoing Physiotherapy?

Question: i have a radiating pain from the upper back to the shoulder till my elbow . I have gone through physio therapy however its of help temporarily next day i get my pains back. When my body is heated /Warm due to any physical acitvity pain is gone and after couple of hours the pain is back.Please advise.

Thanks for posting the query,

I suggest you to consult orthopedician to confirm weather the pain is due to neuritic or muscular origin. Which can be confirmed only by physically examination. If it is neuritic pain then a course of Gabapentin will give a better relief. But you need a doctors prescription for this medicine.

For time being you can take Tab. Nucoxia MR 2 times a day for 5 days.
Regular exercise for the shoulder should be done.
I suggest you to do a hot fomentation for the shoulder.
