Brief Answer:

Granulocyts

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

An increase in the number of granulocytes occurs in response to infections viral or bacterial sometimes without any symptoms

You should not be concerned in your case due to the fact that the rest of exams are normal

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
