Question: I feel super dizzy, lightheaded, feel the constant need to go to sleep. my whole left side hurts, from my jaw, down my arm to my hand, feels like tingling or numb,. could this be from super bad allergies? I'm also on blood thinners but everything is fine, it's not a PE, so they say... what could it be?:/

Brief Answer:
It could BPPV or vascular insufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady
i had gone through your question diligently and i can understand your concern

I see patients with such complaints in my clinic and i will definitely help you as well in best possible way

Looking at your history this could be due to any of following conditions like
1. BPPV benign proximal postional vertigo
2. Arterial disease ( left subclavian artry)
3. Heart disease

in my opinion you should consult a following doctor in a series to establish a diagnosis
vascular surgeon or a cardiologist
ENTsurgeon

i would like further information like
since how long you are having this problem
are you having diabetes or any heart disease
update me about your last recorded blood pressure

waiting for your reply
Regards
