What Could Tiny White Bumps At The Urethral Meatus A Few Days After Unprotected Sex Mean?

Question: I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago with my boyfriend and I'm worried. I was diagnosed with a yeast infection but on my urethral meatus there is two tiny white bumps on top and bottom. They don't itch and it doesn't burn when I pee. They don't look like lesions either. Just white spots. What could this be? I recently got tested and waiting for results.

Brief Answer:
Keep close watch. Dec counseling about safe and protected sex.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to some kind of epithelial lesions.
If the spots are asymptomatic and are not changing their size or number, I will suggest you to keep a watch on it.

For your yeast infection, please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Metronidazole tablets for a week. Use of antibacterial vaginal suppositories will be of help.
Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time will help prevent re-infection.

Also, please get counseled about safe and protected sex activity beforehand. This will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thank you.
