Question: I had a mirena placed on march 8th. My breasts are now producing colostrum. My son was done nursing two months before i had the mirena placed. I took a pregnancy test april 19th that was negative after having an episode of dizziness, nasuea, and cramping. I have been spotting for 1 day but my period is 7 days late. However, my periods have not regulated post partum. My son was born 12/1/16
