Brief Answer:
No!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Stopping Vytorin (Ezetimibe and Simvastatin) cannot cause bruises. However, this drug is very important in protecting your heart and blood vessels and even more so because you have diabetes, uncontrolled.

I would like to review a picture of your bruises. Also, is there anything new that you recently started to take. These bruises could also be related to intense physical activities if there has been any recent changes in your training intensity.

I hope this address your query. Feel free to follow up with me if need be. Also, consider sending an image of these bruises to me.
