Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Based on your description of the pain, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues. In my opinion, this is musculoskeletal pain (costochondritis and / or fibromyalgia). There is no reason to panic about your heart. I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and using warm local pads.

Hope you will find this information helpful! Please let me know in case of further questions! Wishing all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Iliri
