Brief Answer:
proper proctoscopic examination to be done.

Detailed Answer:

Hello and thanks for query,
Have gone through your details.
I would suggest you to go for a proctoscopic examination of ano rectal canal to rule out the cause of bleed. Some times hard stools may cause the mucosa of intestine to rupture leading to bleed. The crack you are mentioning could be a anal fissure. So initially i would suggest you to go to a general surgeon and get yourself physically and proctoscopically examined to get a diagnosis.Till that time i would suggest you to use a stool softner for few days to prevent any further bleeding.Hydrocortosone tube could be applied locally over the area.

Thanks.
