Question: My husband has a bright red rash that is around his ankles and goes to the top of his sock line. it itches, it is hard for him to sleep, it also hurts. It comes and goes - - -was almost gone but really came back after he shredded our pastures for the first time this spring. Tired all the time, has some rash on each cheek, chin and nose.

He had large boils on each real cheek last year.

Brief Answer:
Dermatitis, potent topical steroid, moisturising lotion & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be dermatitis.
I would recommend him to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturising lotion in the ratio of 1:3 twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2 weeks.
Potent topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
This will improve his condition.
