Brief Answer:
Can be hepatic encephalopathy associated with stroke.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for trusting us.

The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of pathology related to liver or brain.
Liver and kidney are the two main organs involved in detoxification of blood toxin. As per the history given by you alcohol intake directly damages the liver causing the levels of toxins like ammonia urea etc to be very high.Hepatic encephalopathy is usually seen in alcoholic patients in this there is altered level of consciousness as a result of liver failure. Onset may be gradual or sudden. Other symptoms may include movement problems, loss of memory, or changes in personality. Levels of toxins like ammonia are severely raised.By toxins please specify what you want to say; Which toxin? kindly attach reports of CT of brain as the symptoms you penned down can be due to stroke also but if toxins are raised then either liver or kidney can be involved.
