What Causes Wounding Of Skin In Left Ear?
Question: Do the attched photos look like skin cancer? The first photo was taken before putting peroxide on it, the second photo was taken right after and the third was 2 days later. The spot is located in the drum of the left ear and started the size of a freckle about 1mm and grew to 1.5cm in 5 days. Any advice would be appreciated.

Basing my reasoning and arguments on your clinical picture, this is most likely not cancer. No cancer would grow that rapidly and the ear is not a common site for skin cancer. Also, you are young and cancer of the skin is common in elderly.
For now, I will appreciate if you could provide better images. There is no point in freaking out about this now. This would most likely represent an infection and proper wound care would resolve the issue.
