Brief Answer:
Different possible causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Green stool is usually of no concern, it usually resolves in most persons so you can monitor and only evaluate if it continues.

it can be related to diet or frequency of bowel movements. Normally as the stool passes through the colon the bile undergoes changes, it turns from green to brown.
When a person uses the bathroom frequently or more than usual, the bile in the stool does not have the time to undergo the normal changes to the stool appears green.

It can occur with blue berries, red wine, grapes, certain sodas or packaged snacks etc.

You can monitor for now.

I hope this helps; feel free to ask any other questions.
Regards
