Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction to food

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

If you have these symptoms occuring suddenly when you started to eat, it might be a reaction to the food that you ate. It was an allergic reaction and the tongue swelled up and thus you had trouble swallowing as well.

Also it looks like the reaction was mild to moderate and hence it is not life threatening. However you should analyze the food that you had taken and try to avoid it. It is better to get the food sensitivity testing for that particular items so that it confirms the reaction and you can avoid them for some time.

For now do nothing, keep observing if the symptoms do not improve please see a doctor locally.
