Posted on Mon, 31 Jul 2017 in Brain and Spine
Question: I have pain when I try and lift my left arm above my shoulders, additionally I have tingling and numbness in the same arm. The numbness and tingling is much worse when I sleep. I regularly do weight training, and I believe it happened after a session, like perhaps I pulled a muscle, but the tingling is confusing me. I am 52 years old.
