Brief Answer:
Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the images.
They seem like folliculitis. It is a bacterial skin infection most commonly caused by staphylococcus aureus
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2 % ointment, twice daily.

Regards

Is it contagious? Is it like an autoimmune disease? They are not like pimples but small lentils that are waxy in appearance.. they do not open up or bleed.. thanks
