Brief Answer:

Sebaceous Cyst

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Seems like a Sebaceous Cyst. It originates from the pilosebaceous follicle and contains a putty-like/ cheesy foul smelling stuff.

A Sebaceous Cyst may either gradually increase in size or it may remain static.

They rarely regress on its own. It may get infected and would then become painful. A Sebaceous Cyst needs to be surgically removed along with the lining cyst wall, under local anesthesia.

I suggest you to kindly visit either a Dermatologist or a Surgeon in your vicinity for the needful.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
