What Causes Tenderness At The Back Of My Right Testicle?

default
Posted on Tue, 26 Apr 2022
Question: hello, I was checking my testicles and noticed that behind the top of my right testicle is tender, and feels as though I've been kicked in the nuts when I apply pressure. I don't feel any lumps or anything, could this just be a nerve?

Hi again, the pain depends on where I feel and how firm I'm pressing, I don't feel any pain without feeling. it's near the top where the testicle is connected around the back. Sometimes the testicle appears as though it's leaning forward compared to the other, but I'm unsure if that's just because one hangs lower. I also have an black/dark spot of skin near the area but again I'm unsure if this has any relevance :)

Brief Answer:
Minor inflammation possible. Guidelines provided.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

* If the pain or sensation is just upon pressing and it is absent in normal situation, then
it can be very minor inflammation type.

* Hanging level difference to some extent is normal physiologic variant in most of the
males and black spot has no relevance with current issue.

My guidelines at present
- Drink plenty of liquids
- Avoid tight under garments
- Do not encourage long drives
- Discontinue pressure over the spot repeatedly
- Apply ice over the part 3-4 minutes each 3 times a day
- There is no requirement of any medicines at present

Follow up as per the requirement.
Regards
