Question: Hi, this is part of my stomach area. I am obese and also have lymphdema. What are this bumps or bumpy areas called and why does it happen?

There is no other specific names for such an appearance or lumps.
This appearance occurs due to the following reasons:
Body fluids are taken away by 2 channels; one is venous and the other is lymphatic and these are not connected.
Since the area of the skin wherein the hair grow can not stretch as much as the other parts the edema is no uniform as shows this typical appearance of the pealed orange skin called as peau d'orange.
