Brief Answer:
infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having swelling of the foreskin. This is a fungal infection and needs to be treated with both antibiotics and antifungal medication. This is untreated can get worse and even prevent you from urinating. I recommend that you see your medical provider and get treated.

While waiting to see your doctor gently pull back the foreskin and clean the area with gentle soap.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

Brief Answer:
yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Usually the infection in the foreskin is a candida infection similar to women's yeast infection. You can try some OTC antifungals until you see your MD but beware they sprays and creams are alcohol base and will burn
