Possibility of stroke or transient ischaemic attacks

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Sudden weakness of limb should be taken seriously as possibility of stroke and immediate consultation in an emergency room is advisable.

Is there any headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, visual loss, speech difficulty, walking difficulties?

Any history of previous stroke or transient ischaemic attacks, hypertension, diabetes, cardiac illness?
Any medications being taken?
