Question: what could cause sudden blindness in one eye, and really bad headaches in the same side, left side. Been tested for MS, that ca
me back negative. Any thoughts ?

Ocular stroke needs to be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Ocular stroke (blood clot affecting the eye or the optic nerve) or retinal haemorrhage could cause sudden blindness in one eye. A blood clot occluding blood supply to optic nerve on one side could also block blood supply to certain parts of the brain and might be responsible for the headaches.
