What Causes Stinging Pain Inside The Penis?

Question: I have a stinging pain inside my penis. I have no pain during urination, when in the shower, or in the morning when I wake from sleep. I have been tested negative for chlamydia, gonnorhea, and uti. What could be the cause of this stinging penile pain?

Brief Answer: Possibility of Balanoposthititis Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day As you have been thoroughly investigated and majority of causes ruled out, there seems to be no cause for concern. The possible explanation for your stinging pain could be 1. Balanoposthititis: its usually associated with redness of glans and prepuce 2. Urethritis: Anterior Urethritis could have such manifestation I would suggest you the following which will definitely help 1 Hot Seitz bath : Add a handful of common table salt to tub of lukewarm water. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15 minutes each session twice a day. 2. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter of water per day 3.
