Brief Answer:
See a Cardiologist and get medicines added.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Your query is not very clear. However this level of BP is very unsafe, especially with your history of Aneurysm repair. I suggest you sought opinion of a Physician or a Cardiologist who can put you on three anti hypertensive medicines and probably increase the frequency of the Atenolol if not change it. Along with that you will need to monitor your BP at least 3 to 4 fixed times every day.
I usually prescribe my patients Tab Amlodipine 5mg for short term decrease in BP but for long term treatment a Cardiologist would be the best to advice.
Take care.
Feel free to ask anymore queries on the subject if you might have.

Brief Answer:
Revert back to old combination

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I think it would be a better idea to revert back to the old combination of Atacand and Adalat with some changes in the doses instead of Atenolol as your BP is way out of charts. See your Doctor soonest.

Take care,
