I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Since the brain sleeps during night, all the other organs sleep as well. With that I mean that they function enough slow, so that they can keep the basal metabolism. So the kidney works slow as well, filters less urine, so the bladder gets filled less.

If this is just a question out of curiosity, then that is the answer.
If it is a complaint you have, then I will be happy to explain you more if needed, but you will need to tell me a bit more information because alone as a symptom it is a normal symptom.
