What Causes Slight Bump Above A C Section Scar In Pregnancy?

Question: Hi, im about 8 or 9 weeks pregnant with my second child. I had a csection with my first. Ive already developed a slight bump. I have noticed though just above my csection scar on the right hand side i have these 3 little lumps under the skin? Is this normal, please help i hope everything is fine?

Hello XXXXXXX its too early for you to have a pregnancy bump. Herniation should be ruled out first. After abdominal surgery, the scar site remains weak. So increased abdominal pressure always has a possibility of causing hernia. Your doctor can confirm or rule out with an examination.
